University Circle is an iconic neighborhood in Cleveland, Ohio, located just east of downtown Cleveland. It is home to some of the city’s most vibrant cultural, educational, medical and religious institutions, as well as many unique businesses and attractions.

University Circle was established in 1903 by the Cleveland Foundation as a center for higher education and cultural activities. Today, it is home to a number of world-class institutions, including Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland Institute of Art, Cleveland Institute of Music, Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland Museum of Natural History, Cleveland State University, and University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center.

In addition to its educational and medical institutions, University Circle is home to a number of unique museums, galleries, and attractions. The Cleveland Museum of Art, which houses one of the world’s most impressive collections of art, is a must-see for any visitor. The Cleveland Botanical Garden is another popular attraction, boasting a stunning array of flowers, trees, and plants, as well as educational exhibits. The Cleveland Museum of Natural History is another popular draw, featuring dinosaur remains, ancient artifacts, and interactive exhibits. The Cleveland Orchestra, one of the world’s most renowned orchestras, is also situated in University Circle.

Wade Lagoon in Cleveland is a unique and beautiful public park located in the heart of the University Circle district. The park is a botanical oasis, with an impressive array of native and exotic plants and trees, winding pathways, and spectacular views of the downtown Cleveland skyline. The park is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy some peace and quiet. It is also a popular spot for joggers, dog-walkers, and picnickers. Additionally, the lagoon serves as a great place to watch birds and other wildlife.
